He has more than 39 years of experience in every aspect of corporate advisory services and tenant representation, including sales and lease negotiations for major HQ acquisitions, build-to-suits, lease transactions, sale-leasebacks, dispositions, financial analysis, consulting and strategic planning. Throughout his career, Scott has been involved in complex projects both locally and around the world, exceling in strategic advisory services, portfolio and transaction management providing specialized services for high technology and life science companies.
