Scott O’Brien joined Cushman & Wakefield (formerly DTZ) as Vice President on October 2011. Since joining the Ron Labetich Company (now operating as Cushman & Wakefield) in 2002, Scott has been involved in hundreds of transactions. He has developed key relationships with property and business owners building a knowledge base of the current commercial environment in Santa Clara and San Mateo counties. Scott has worked with his clients to find quality tenants in a tough market environment. He has also helped many business owners find the ideal space for their needs.

He began his commercial real estate career after seven years in the technology industry. Scott’s experience in corporate environments has given him strong communication and interpersonal skills. He applies this to a comprehensive and honest approach in his services.

Scott focuses on leasing and sales of commercial real estate properties in Santa Clara and San Mateo counties.
