Shane is a strategic commercial real estate advisor specializing in tenant representation, multi-market transactions, and global portfolio management. He has a proven track record of delivering data-driven real estate solutions, helping clients navigate complex lease negotiations, optimize corporate footprints, and improve operational efficiency. 

Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Shane spent nearly a decade at CBRE, where he managed high-value transactions and global real estate holdings for clients in the Healthcare, Life Sciences, and Medical Device sectors. His expertise spans global portfolio optimization, transaction execution management, process development and implementation, and overall strategic portfolio enhancement. 

Prior to his career in corporate real estate, Shane served as a Lieutenant in the U.S. Navy, where he was a Surface Warfare Officer completing multiple overseas deployments aboard guided-missile destroyers. His military background instilled a disciplined, mission-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making, which he applies to complex real estate strategies.
