Shawn Lubic is a Director with Cushman & Wakefield’s Student Housing Capital Markets Team.

Shawn brings 25 years of commercial real estate experience and has been with Cushman & Wakefield since 2016. He is a recognized expert in investment sales brokerage and financial analysis/valuation across all commercial property types. With a specialty in Student Housing, Shawn has extensive experience in the disposition of investment grade real estate for private and institutional clients on a local, regional and national level. In addition, Shawn has provided advisory services in the areas including, acquisition underwriting, mortgage financing, REO and foreclosure evaluation, real estate tax appeal and portfolio management.

Prior to joining the Student Housing team, Shawn worked with firm’s Toronto office as well as the Capital Markets team in Philadelphia. His has also held brokerage positions with Professional Realty Advisors, and GMH Capital Partners

Cushman & Wakefield’s Student Housing Capital Markets Team is based in Tampa, Florida, and provides advisory services, investment sales and debt & equity placement in domestic and international student housing markets. The team’s full-service capabilities include asset acquisition and disposition, site selection and pre-development services, portfolio analysis and consultation, valuation services, capital stack and JV structures and foreign capital advisory.
