Skip Lane serves as a director in Cushman & Wakefield’s Leasing Services Group, located in Stamford, Connecticut. He is an energetic and knowledgeable commercial broker with 27 years of experience. Over the years, Mr. Lane has represented a wide range of office and retail clients from 150,000-sf box stores to 100,000-sf Class-A office tenants. This includes Wal-mart, Best Buy, Oxford Healthcare, Preferred Healthcare, Guinness North America, The North Face, Longchamp, Walgreens, Hollywood Video, Applebee’s, Wendy’s, Citibank, Better Bedding, Venture Studios and the United States Postal Service.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Lane was a vice president of Staubach Retail Services in Manhattan after 10 years as a partner in Atlantic Real Estate in Connecticut.

Mr. Lane is a former professional football player with the New York Jets and six other teams and thrives on the team approach toward the achievement of goals. He is a native of Westport, Connecticut and attended the University of Mississippi. Mr. Lane volunteers with numerous local charities including NFL Alumni Caring for Kids and Big Brothers of Connecticut.
