Steven Milenkov has 17 years of extensive CRE experience that has been split between private equity and asset/property management oversight with a focus on asset, property, and construction management. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Steve was the head of asset management for Slate Asset Management who is a global investment and asset management firm.  During his time at Slate, he worked directly along with company’s founder to establish their US Headquarters and asset management platform; as well as oversee acquisitions/dispositions.  Steven also spent several years at JLL as Group Vice President of Property Management in Chicago where he oversaw a several billion portfolio for various institutional investors helping grow their national platforms while executing over $500 million in construction; along while playing an integral role in the  growth of Midwest Region’s portfolio and management platform.
