Steve Persi is a Director with Cushman & Wakefield, Inc.  He has over 15 years of corporate operations experience, over 12 years of financial consulting experience, and has owned and operated his own businesses. Mr. Persi, has performed business valuations, fraud investigations, economic damages analysis, and management consulting.  He has a diverse business background that is valuable in his advisory role.

Mr. Persi has provided analyses and consulting in a variety of industries including: financial services, retail, construction and real estate, manufacturing and distribution, technology, food service, and healthcare. His clients have ranged from individual entrepreneurs to large publicly-traded entities.

Mr. Persi has held the FINRA Series 6, 7, 9, 10, and 63 licenses as well as an Arizona Real Estate license.  Mr. Persi is a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and has completed coursework and exams in BV201 and BV202 toward achieving the Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) designation from the American Society of Appraisers
