Sue provides direction and leadership to all aspects of the Property Management team for Cushman & Wakefield in Oregon and Southwest Washington.  Key areas of focus include developing solutions designed to improve operating efficiency for each asset under management.

In her 20-year career in commercial real estate management, Sue has been responsible for the management of commercial property in all asset classes, including Class A office, medical office, business park, industrial, and retail. She has served many institutional clients, personally managing all key aspects of their portfolios including budgeting, business plan maintenance, financial reporting, leasing, tenant improvements, and tenant relations.
