As a Senior Managing Director based in our Phoenix office, Susan leads our West Mid Cap Multi-Market Practice and Southwest Area comprising Phoenix, Denver, Salt Lake City, and Las Vegas.

Susan brings an extensive 25+ years of successful multi-disciplinary industry experience across construction, development and other pertinent areas of commercial real estate. Drawing upon her deep skills and exceptional track record interfacing with clients, she is a leading role in further growing and strengthening our internal business alongside our strategic full-service line platform, by ensuring consistent delivery of the group’s best-in-class services.

With a strong execution and results-oriented approach, Susan is a proven team leader across key project management areas such as platform integration, strategy development, financial, business development efforts, client relations, and more.  Her expertise rests with listening skills and creating solutions that implement positive results.

Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Susan was a Senior Managing Director with a global real estate firm since 2005, where she was directly responsible for National Multi Market Mid Cap Project Management services as well as managing all Occupier and Investor Services throughout the Southwest Region.
