Tate Blalock is a Senior Associate on Cushman & Wakefield’s veteran multi-service retail team, which includes Chris Hollenbeck, Brent Mallonee, and Shane Carter. Tate specializes in both retail investment sales and retail leasing services, delivering comprehensive and integrated real estate services to retail investors, developers, and occupiers. 

Tate began his commercial real estate career as an investment sales Associate with Matthews Real Estate Investment Services, where he led Phoenix’s healthcare capital markets team in transaction volume during his time with the company. Tate later founded his own real estate company, Blalock Medical Investments, where he continued his work in representing private investors, developers, and REITs. 

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Tate Blalock worked as a retail leasing broker at Avison Young, where he served as the sole broker under the office's perennial top-producing and principal retail brokers Matt Milinovich & James DeCremer. During this time, Tate serviced the portfolios of several well-known and respected institutional investors & developers in the Phoenix retail market. 

As the most recent addition to Cushman & Wakefield’s retail team, Tate looks forward to leveraging his experience in brokerage to assist landlords, tenants, developers, and investors in identifying strategic expansion & investment opportunities.
