Terri Giovacchini is a Director in the Fresno office of Cushman & Wakefield specializing in Retail properties.  Terri has extensive knowledge of the retail market throughout California’s Central Valley.  Terri has exclusively represented multiple tenants ranging in size from 1,500 – 40,000 square feet. Also representing Landlords of lifestyle, grocery anchored and strip malls, as well as buyers and sellers of retail pads, shopping centers and investment sales.

Terri started her career when she joined Grubb & Ellis in 1990.  Over Terri’s 30 year plus career she has been affiliated with Grubb & Ellis, Alliance Commercial and Commercial West.  I\n May 2013 she joined Cushman & Wakefield Pacific and as of January 1, 2022, Cushman & Wakefield corporate office.
