Tom has been in the real estate business for 18 years and counsels both landlords and tenants in the Downtown Boston market. He has worked with organizations such as the Boston Celtics, Brookfield Properties, Oxford Properties, Clarion Partners, Invesco, and Intercontinental Real Estate Corporation.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Tom was a partner at Transwestern and a Senior Vice President of Richards Barry Joyce & Partners, which was acquired by Transwestern in 2013.
Prior to his work in commercial real estate, he enjoyed a career as a professional hockey player.
