Tom O’Regan joined Cushman & Wakefield’s downtown Boston office in 2017. He specializes in representing owners, investors and tenants in their real estate planning, analysis and implementation. He is an Executive Director on the Downtown Boston leasing group.

With more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, Tom has been responsible for advising a number of local, national and international firms, specializing in the leasing of office space for many of Boston’s most prestigious landlords, investors and tenants in Boston’s Central Business District. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, he was Managing Director at JLL and an Executive Director for Richards Barry Joyce Partners. Early in his career, Tom worked as a Director at Cushman & Wakefield. Prior to his work in commercial real estate, he enjoyed a 15-year career as a professional hockey player.
