About
Timothy Pimentel joined C&W and the team of Chuck Belden and Kyle Kehner in 2004 with an extensive background in Corporate and Personal Finance and Economics. He has personally managed more than $300 million in assets, from 1995 to 2000 and has been involved with institutions such as John Hancock, Openheimer, ING and Seligman. Mr. Pimentel brings an understanding of fundamental and global economics to Cushman & Wakefield. Since joining Cushman & Wakefield, he has been involved in more than 65 million SF of industrial transactions totaling more than $800 million in consideration, which includes build-to-suits, sales and leasing.
Mr. Pimentel graduated from the University of Southern California with a degree in International Finance and Economics. He also holds and A.A. in Mechanical Engineering from Don Bosco Technical Institute.
