Since 2008, Tom has been involved in over 1,500 transactions working exclusively on behalf of tenants and end users.

Throughout his 16-year career, Tom has focused exclusively on representing occupiers of real estate. With a strong financial background and ability to successfully transact on both a local and national level, Tom has consistently provided his clients with unparalleled results aimed at operational and financial objectives of each respective organization. Tom’s career has allowed him to specialize in a variety of project scopes, inclusive of corporate relocations, build-to-suites, and HQ strategy analysis. Tom understands the value and complexity of each assignment and tailors his approach to meet his client’s needs.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2019, Tom spent 11 years with CBRE as Vice President where he focused on serving their team’s key corporate multi-market accounts headquartered in the Twin Cities.
