Trey joined Cushman & Wakefield/The Lund Company in Fall of 2018 as an Associate for the Company’s brokerage division. Trey is responsible for marketing, leasing and the sale of commercial real estate properties. Trey previously interned at The Lund Company in the summer of 2017. He has been involved in transactions valued at over $76 million consisting of nearly 1,130,000 SF.

Trey is a graduate from Drake University in Des Moines, IA with a degree in Business and Public Administration with majors in both International Business and Entrepreneurial Management and a concentration in Spanish. Trey is a licensed real estate agent in Nebraska. He is a Nebraska CCIM candidate and working towards a CCIM designation. Trey currently serves as Vice President for the Sure Hope Foundation, which is a NGO helping with financial sustainability for a primary school in Entebbe, Uganda. Trey is a member of ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers). Trey received the Cushman & Wakefield/The Lund Company’s “Team Player of the Year” award in 2018 and 2022, the recipient of the “Most Transactions of the Year” in 2023 and “Producers Club” in both 2022 and 2023. In addition, Trey has been recognized as a CoStar Quarterly Deal Winner nine times since 2021.
