Troy Elias is a Senior Director in Cushman & Wakefield’s Manhattan office. 

Since joining the firm in 2017, Troy’s area of experience and expertise has been supporting firms with their renewal/extension, relocation and/or sublease office leasing strategies. 

His dedication to the business, consistency and ability to uncover off-market space ideas has proven to be accretive to those firms within the financial services industry — private equity firms, hedge funds, venture capital and other alternative investment companies. He also has a noteworthy practice in education.

Most recently, he represented Touro University at 3 Times Square for 243,000 RSF in a complex, 32-year synthetic lease. The structure allowed Touro to omit Real Estate Taxes given their exempt purposes as a 501(c)(3) entity. The transaction also provided Touro with its dedicated entrance to the building, with vertical transportation to its nine floors. A short time later, Touro expanded by two additional floors, leasing 66,438 RSF, bringing its footprint to 309,438 RSF. 

Further, in 2024, Troy received Commercial Observer’s prestigious Top Young Professionals (30 Under 30) award for his work ethic, commitment and impressive roster of clients.
