Victor DeBoer serves as Executive Director for Cushman & Wakefield in Oakland, CA, where his practice is focused on representing owners and occupiers of industrial real estate in the Western United States.

DeBoer is recognized as one of the San Francisco Bay Area commercial real estate industry’s leading brokers, specializing in new construction leasing, site selection, underwriting, and cost analysis. Over the course of his 19-year career, he has facilitated and closed nearly $1B worth of transactions, totaling more than 8.3 million sq. ft. and over 72 acres of land sold/leased. DeBoer represents some of the Bay Area’s most desirable properties, regularly partnering with a variety of entrepreneurs, corporations, and individual and institutional investors. DeBoer currently offers a full range of brokerage services and specializes in tenant/landlord/seller representation, site selection for development, investment property acquisitions, and excess corporate real estate dispositions.

DeBoer has a proven track record of managing complex transactions and accelerating the path to profitability for clients with a detail-oriented, client-first approach. As part of his services, DeBoer provides regular counsel on cost and risk reduction strategies and offers perspectives on site design plans to ensure developments meet the current market demand while ensuring for future functionality. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, DeBoer served as an industrial real estate broker for Lee & Associates in Oakland, California. He began his career at Darwin Realty & Development in Chicago.
