Will has been involved in the sale, financing, and leasing of over 95 million square feet valued in excess of $12.0 billion and has completed some of the highest profile and complicated deals in the region. Known for innovative thinking and possessing unique and proven negotiating skills, Will helps clients to achieve the maximum and best value for their real estate assets. He was named the youngest Executive Vice Chair ever at Cushman & Wakefield and leads his region for the National Industrial Advisory Group (IAG) – C&W’s national institutional industrial investment sales team.
