Bill Montague is an Senior Director in Cushman & Wakefield’s Leasing Services Group in the Stamford, CT office. He brings strong leadership and team building experience to the firm and specializes in tenant and landlord representation services in Fairfield and Westchester Counties. Mr. Montague has represented such clients as Global Imaging Systems, Inc. (a Xerox Company), TIAA, Greyhawke Investors, Signal Administration, McMahon Ventures, Greenwich Investment Management, Mass Mutual, D. L. Ryan Companies, Luxury Mortgage Corp., Nordic Tankers, the United States Postal Service, Fairfield County Bank and The Affinion Group.

Additionally, Mr. Montague is an integral member of the team representing TIAA-CREF in the leasing of Wilton Woods Corporate Campus, a two-building, 539,000-sf corporate park in Wilton, CT. Over the last year, Mr. Montague and his team were responsible for the leasing of 250,000 sf of office space including the 227,000-sf lease to Bridgewater Associates.

Prior to joining C&W, Mr. Montague held a position in Cushman & Wakefield’s Research Department, as well as for The Barkan Company, both in Boston, MA.

Mr. Montague is a graduate of St. Lawrence University in Canton, NY, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. He is involved in such community groups as The United Way and Ducks Unlimited.
