As an Executive Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield, Win Haggard is responsible for leasing and marketing a 4.7 million-square-foot portfolio of Class A office properties located in Houston on behalf of numerous institutional owners. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield Win served as Executive Vice President at Colvill Office Properties. He is an industry veteran in the Houston real estate market with over 20 years of experience. Within the past four years, Win has completed 150 transactions for 1,677,327 SF which included over 439,651 SF of new leasing to his portfolio.
