Zachary Boll joined Cushman & Wakefield in December 2020 as part of the Office Services Group. He specializes in office properties offering Landlord and Tenant representation in sales and leasing throughout greater Columbus and the surrounding area. Zach is self-driven, and his ability to provide creative solutions allows him to exceed client’s expections and real estate goals. He is dedicated to diligently working with clients regarding real estate strategies and solutions to optimize business operations. His occupier representation responsibilities include site selection, lease analysis, lease comparison, and lease/purchase contract negotiation.

Prior to joining the firm, Zach spent a summer in an internship role with the Cushman & Wakefield Columbus office brokerage team.
