New heads of Capital Markets Retail and Valuation

Cushman & Wakefield Belgium appointed new heads of Capital Markets Retail and Valuation.

Following recent changes in its management structure, Cushman & Wakefield Belgium appointed Victoria Tanret as new Head of Capital Markets Retail and Gregory Lamarche as new Head of Valuation & Advisory for Belgium and Luxembourg.

 Victoria Tanret

Victoria, Associate, began her career at Cushman & Wakefield in 2015 in the Retail Agency department. After a strong track record in Retail Agency High Streets for five years, she joined the Capital Markets Retail team and Victoria is now appointed Head of Capital Markets Retail. As department head, she manages a team of dynamic business developers and specialized retail and residential brokers. Victoria will work closely with Michael Despiegelaere, Head of Capital Markets, in outlining Cushman & Wakefield’s strategy in order to optimally respond to today & tomorrows client needs, reinforcing our market leading position in capital markets.

Complementary, Arnaud de Bergeyck, former Head of Capital Markets Retail, will stay another 12 months until July 2022 at Cushman & Wakefield to support the new Capital Markets structure. In his new position, Arnaud will continue to share his extensive knowledge and expertise to both our customers and our team, ensuring business optimization.

 Gregory Lamarche

Gregory, Partner, began his career at Cushman & Wakefield in 2007 in the Corporate Finance department. Since 2014, he has been working in the Valuation & Advisory Department where he is leading numerous recurrent (namely for Belgian REIT and institutional clients) and non-recurrent valuation missions. Gregory is now appointed Head of Valuation & Advisory Department. As department head, he will lead a team of 14 experts to confirm our market leading position in valuation.

Gregory Lamarche said: “I am very excited to take up the role as the head of department. Additionally to my current responsibilities, I will be in charge of the management of the team, and I will continue to perform valuations in order to remain actively involved in the different valuation processes. As a valuer, we are currently facing unprecedent challenges in the market, and with the pool of talent the valuation team currently holds, I am convinced we can continue to confirm and reinforce our current leading position in the market.
