The team at Cushman & Wakefield Valuation and Advisory had the pleasure in providing valuation support on one of the single largest portfolio transactions of neighbourhood shopping centres.
The portfolio included six established convenience based retail assets with ~44% of the gross passing income attributed to national supermarkets, some ~80% of the gross passing income attributed to ‘non-discretionary’ tenants and a blended WALE (by income) of ~5 years.
