Head of Global Occupier Services Appointed

Cushman & Wakefield today announced the significant strengthening of its senior leadership team with the appointment of Adam Treffry as Managing Director, Global Occupier Services (GOS) for Australia and New Zealand, effective 5 March 2018.

Adam joins Cushman & Wakefield from Australia Post, where he most recently held the position of General Manager Partnerships and Strategic Alliances. Adam has over 30 years’ experience in the property sector, including senior roles within JLL, NAB and Telstra.

For the past 13 years, Adam has been responsible for Australia Post’s 1.93 million sqm property portfolio, which is managed by Cushman & Wakefield who provide fully integrated facilities and property solutions.

Commenting on the appointment, Cushman & Wakefield’s Chief Executive, Australia and New Zealand, James Patterson, said: “After an extensive search, we are delighted to welcome Adam to Cushman & Wakefield. Adam joins at an exciting time as we seek to transform the way outsourced occupier services are delivered to corporate clients in the Australian and New Zealand markets.

“Adam’s profound occupier experience will strengthen our ability to deliver leading property solutions and assist Cushman & Wakefield to build on our 30 plus years of experience in helping occupiers extract value from commercial real estate”.

Cushman & Wakefield is the leading integrated occupier services provider in Australia and New Zealand and continues to attract blue-chip clients, including an appointment from Viva Energy to manage of a network of 684 service stations and Westpac, who recently reappointed Cushman & Wakefield on a 5 year term for the management of its national property portfolio. Power systems giant Rolls-Royce also recently appointed Cushman & Wakefield to an expanded role supporting its global property requirements.
