Local Talent heads up Cushman & Wakefield’s NIS team in Brisbane

Cushman & Wakefield is pleased to announce the appointment of Daniel Cullinane as Head of National Investment Sales (NIS) in QLD and Sam Nugent as Sales Executive, National Investment Sales, both based in Brisbane.

Daniel brings with him over 7 years’ experience in investment sales, funds management and development, previously with GFG Capital and Colliers International.

Sam joins from Queensland Sotheby’s International Realty, working with Tyson Clarke and was involved in selling 33 properties amounting to $75m within his first 18 months.
