Tenants flock to brand new spec built industrial sites in Richlands QLD

Lachlan Jacobs • 03/03/2022

An ASX listed covenant has leased a 4,031sqm brand new speculatively built industrial site at 18 Macgregor Place, Richlands QLD from Clarence Property on a seven year lease with a 2 x 5 year option.

The fully secured site comprises prime grade office and showroom space with excellent fit-out in the corporate grade buildings, multiple on-grade roller doors, efficient design & truck access, ESFR sprinkler system, excellent hardstand area, and weather awnings perfect for truck unloading.

The corner position boasts huge exposure with close proximity to the Ipswich & Logan Motorways.

The deal was negotiated by Matt Richards and Lachlan Jacobs of Cushman & Wakefield who said Clarence Property recently acquired the site via a fund-through sale and will be completed Q2 2022.
