Cushman & Wakefield is ending 2022 on a high with the major appointment of Tony Iuliano, who has joined to lead its Industrial & Logistics platform across Australia and New Zealand as International Director - Head of Industrial & Logistics ANZ.
Tony is joined by Adrian Rowse, National Director – Industrial & Logistics, Capital Markets, ANZ. Tony represents a range of private investors, syndicates, corporates and institutional clients across Australia and internationally.
Adrian, who has over 20 years' experience in the property industry across multiple states, will focus on investment grade and portfolio divestment across Australia; utilising his strong network of institutional and private clients as well as local and international buyers and sellers.
