Cushman & Wakefield’s WA Capital Markets team continues upward trajectory

Cushman & Wakefield’s newly established Capital Markets team in Western Australia continues to grow its team with the internal promotion of Zaahen Kahn to Senior Research Analyst, who will be specialising in the Capital Markets sector.

 

Zaahen KahnZaahen’s appointment is off the back of the team winning a number of major appointments from some of Australia’s largest institutional investors, as well as Nick Charlton’s recent appointment as Joint Head of Capital Markets WA, alongside Ben Younger.

 

Ben Younger, Cushman & Wakefield’s Joint Head of Capital Markets WA said “Zaahen’s ability and knowledge, having researched the WA market for the past three years will provide invaluable insights for our clients who require consistent real time data on the dynamic Perth market”.

 

Nick Charlton, Cushman & Wakefield’s Joint Head of Capital Markets WA said “After coming into the business recently, we have identified the need to continue to meet our clients’ demands for sophisticated analysis and real time insights into the commercial market. Zaahen has been instrumental in the collation of research and analytics, overseeing our market leading database, and his promotion is in recognition of his hard work and dedication”.
