Cushman & Wakefield is pleased to announce the appointment of two new National Directors based in Victoria.
Fiona Little has been appointed National Director - Major Assets and Portfolios - Head of Office and John Kiff will be taking on the role of National Director - Major Assets and Portfolios - Head of Performance and Operations.
Fiona Little is an industry veteran with 25 years of experience, bringing with her a wealth of knowledge and experience, which she will use to assist her clients in their decision making.
Fiona has managed many types of assets including Commercial, Industrial, Hotels, Retail, and University portfolios which have incorporated sporting precincts and campuses.
John Kiff is a career specialist in property operations and performance, with 14 years of industry experience. John is known for his ability to develop strong and valuable relationships with stakeholders, as well as managing accountabilities to achieve outcomes. He will also draw upon Cushman & Wakefield’s other key services provided by its Project and Development Services and ESG teams, to ensure clients receive the best possible service and advice.
