For the Provision of Reactive Maintenance Services across Schools Infrastructure NSW (SINSW) Western Sydney Region

SINSW has engaged Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) to procure suitably qualified Contractors to provide a range of reactive maintenance services to schools in the Western Sydney region.

SINSW are looking to procure trades people and local contractors, including Aboriginal owned businesses, social enterprises and businesses of all sizes to self-deliver reactive maintenance to schools.

Reactive services will be required across multiple general maintenance service types including multi-trades, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, technicians, and pest control.

The services will be procured through an Open Tender, with the first to open Tuesday 01 August 2023. The reactive maintenance tender will remain open for minimum 12 months.
