In a move to expand its Advisory Services platform in the Asia Pacific region, Cushman & Wakefield, a prominent global real estate services firm, has unveiled its new team, Advisory+.
The firm is integrating the consulting capability of Big Four advisory firms with Cushman & Wakefield’s technical and transactional expertise. The newly created Advisory+ team will partner with clients on complex-built environment projects to provide end-to-end, sector-specific advisory services from conceptualisation and planning phases through to execution.
Leading this initiative is Ross Hamilton, who joins as Partner and Head of Cushman & Wakefield Advisory+, Asia Pacific. Ross brings over three decades of experience in the professional real estate advisory sector, including 17 years as a Partner at EY and PwC. Ross's professional journey spans across Australia and Southeast Asia, where he has advised a wide range of clients, including government bodies, corporate entities, and private sector stakeholders.
Christina Hobbes and Alan Herrman have also been appointed as Partner, Cushman & Wakefield Advisory+, Australia & New Zealand.
Christina has over three decades of experience in property development across multiple sectors including residential, retail and commercial. Her expertise spans both private and public sectors, including positions with government entities such as Landcom, UrbanGrowth NSW, and noteworthy roles in precincts across Government portfolios. She has also contributed significantly to private sector giants like Stockland.
Alan has over 20 years of experience in real estate development, infrastructure and funds management roles in Australia, as well as internationally across the United Kingdom, Europe and South-East Asia. Previous roles include working as a Partner at PwC. For the past 8 years, Alan has also maintained a position on the Board of Aboriginal Housing Victoria.
