With over 13 years’ of experience in infrastructure policy planning, economic appraisals, and business case development, Guillaume's professional journey has been marked by a deep commitment to driving positive change in society.
Hailing from a diverse cultural background and identifying as part of the LGBTQI+ community, Guillaume's passion to make a difference to the most vulnerable in society is palpable both inside and outside of work.

Guillaume's areas of specialisation include infrastructure planning and strategy with a focus on social infrastructure, demand and economic analyses across various sectors, business case development, and precinct strategy development.
Outside of work, Guillaume is actively involved in supporting non-profit organisations, including currently serving as a Board Member of the Griffin Theatre Company and contributing to initiatives such as Qtopia, the Sydney Queer Museum.
