Cushman & Wakefield, a leading global real estate services firm, has appointed two new Managing Directors in Australia. The internal promotions and dual roles reflect the business’s culture of inclusivity and collaboration, and strategic growth ambitions.
Maria Russo-Fama has been appointed as State Managing Director for New South Wales while continuing in her role as Director of Project & Development Services (PDS), Sales, Strategy & Enablement for ANZ. Maria joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2021 and has played a pivotal role in the growth and success of the PDS business.
Lora Radmilovic has been appointed as Territory Managing Director for the Australian Capital Territory and will continue as State Director, Asset Services for NSW, ACT and SA. Lora has been instrumental in establishing the Asset Services business in both Canberra and Adelaide.
Maria and Lora will now report directly to Cushman & Wakefield’s Chief Executive for ANZ, Noral Wild, with roles that extend across all commercial and social engagement activity, ensuring a unified approach across the region.
Noral Wild said the leadership changes were part of the continued cultural focus on greater collaboration among teams and integrated client service delivery.

I see my new role as embedding a shared vision focused on collaboration.”
