Cushman & Wakefield appoints new National Director of Project Services

Cushman & Wakefield, a leading global real estate services firm, is pleased to announce the appointment of Ziad Ghenim as National Director of Project Services in Australia. 

Ziad brings over 23 years of experience in project and construction management with expertise spanning the design, planning and delivery phases, and driving business development.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Ziad has played a crucial role in shaping some of Australia’s major developments in a General Manager or Senior Management capacity with top tier construction firms including BINAH, Alliance Project Group, John Holland and Hansen Yuncken. Key projects include Orange Base Hospital, Eclipse Tower in Parramatta, King Square Development in Perth and The Parkside Macquarie Park. 

Mitch Wilson, Head of Project & Development Services – ANZ at Cushman & Wakefield, said Ziad’s experience will significantly contribute to the ongoing growth and capability of the national Project Services business.

In his new role, Ziad will be responsible for leading a team of 60 people nationally with a presence in every state and territory, working across a variety of sectors including agribusiness, industrial, commercial, hospitality and government. 

Cushman & Wakefield’s Project & Development Services team provides a full suite of project delivery services, from project and construction management, workplace design and fit-outs, program management, building consultancy, and technical due diligence.
