Elitha’s role as Regional Real Estate Portfolio Manager ANZ for Boeing, sees her overseeing a portfolio of more than 40 leased premises across Australia. Based in Brisbane, she will provide Strategic Portfolio Management Strategy support, and Transaction Management services, and deliver tailored real estate strategies to create value and align with Boeing’s strategic vision in Australia.

Elitha brings almost 20 years of extensive experience in the real estate industry, having transitioned from a career as a solicitor specialising in property-related commercial transactions in 2005. Throughout her career, she has held various roles encompassing strategic property portfolio management, transaction management, strategic asset management, property leasing, and commercial project management.

Her expertise spans representing both landlords, including Trinity Funds Management Limited, Sentinel Property Group, Economic Development Queensland, and Brisbane City Council, and tenants such as Downer EDI, Visionstream Australia Pty Ltd (now Ventia), and PR Polymers Pty Ltd. This comprehensive understanding of diverse real estate perspectives will be instrumental in delivering exceptional outcomes for Boeing.
