Joel joined Cushman and Wakefield in January 2016 as a Consultant in the Tenant Advisory Group and later transitioned to the CBD Office Leasing Team as a Manager.

Joel has actively been involved and studying the property industry for 10 years both within Australia and New Zealand. Joel provides expert strategic occupancy solutions that meet the client’s goals, by aligning real estate needs with a client’s business strategy, financial goals and operational objectives. In Joel’s previous experience he covered the spectrum of commercial leases relating to and including: lease renewals; rent reviews; make good and lease negotiations; as well as the relocation and sourcing of new sites and premises.

Joel’s analytical and proactive style to commercial leasing as well as his unbeatable ability to build rapport with prospects and clients means he has a greater understanding of the tenant’s perspective.

Joel has been active in the Sydney CBD office leasing brokerage market for 6 years now and works alongside some of Sydney’s large institutional and private landlords.
