Roly Egerton-Warburton has over 25 years’ experience in sales and negotiation in Australia and abroad and leads and manages the WA leasing team. Roly has worked alongside the Joint Managing Directors in the design and implementation of all major leasing campaigns over the last 9 years.

Roly has provided leasing and asset repositioning solutions to prime Perth CBD office assets including Exchange Tower, 1 William Street, Central Park, Allendale Square and Australia Place and has delivered on major development-leasing transactions including Kings Square, Fremantle.

Roly has conducted large scale subleasing campaigns for major Perth office occupiers such as Westpac, AMEC Foster Wheeler, Thiess, Leighton and Rio Tinto.

Originating from Western Australia, Roly has a strong network through small business, ASX listed companies, international firms, and state and federal government.
