Senior Vice President Paul Fredette joins along with Senior Associates Alexandre Fredette and Silvana Sanchez
MONTREAL, August 12, 2022 – Cushman & Wakefield announced today that the market-leading industrial team of Paul Fredette, Alexandre Fredette and Silvana Sanchez have joined the firm. Paul Fredette joins as Senior Vice President, while Alexandre Fredette and Sanchez join as Senior Associates.
Paul Fredette brings more than two decades of experience in Quebec industrial real estate to his new role. Over the course of his career, he’s closed transactions from leasing industrial buildings, build to suit projects, sale lease back deals, land sales and industrial building sales. Rising stars in the industry, Alexandre Fredette began his commercial real estate career in 2017, while Silvana Sanchez began her commercial real estate career in 2018 and has more than 15 years of experience in business development.
