Kyle Wilson joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2005 and brings more than 25 years of expertise in customer service for the retail and hospitality industry. Currently, he is an Associate Vice President specializing in both sales and leasing with a specific focus on the Vancouver, Burnaby and the North Shore retail and investment sub-markets.
His previous experience working with many local, national and international clients has given him a thorough understanding of sale and lease transactions, including representing both tenants and landlords.
More recently, Kyle has been working with Lordco Auto Parts—Canada's largest independently owned automotive parts retailer—which has allowed him to expand his reach across BC to successfully complete several large lease transactions.
Kyle has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Victoria and attended the British Columbia Institute of Technology where he studied Marketing and Business. He obtained his Real Estate Trading Services License from the University of British Columbia's Sauder School of Business.
