About

As Managing Director of the Calgary office at Cushman & Wakefield, Tracy is responsible for the strategic direction and performance of all of Calgary’s service lines including Asset Management, Valuations & Advisory, Project Development Services and Brokerage Operations - Office, Industrial, Retail and Investment sales.

With over 20 years’ industry experience, Tracy brings extensive knowledge to this role, having worked in all facets of commercial real estate from an occupier, agent, and owner perspective.

Tracy first began her career working for a regional manufacturing company which provided her valuable insight into industrial occupiers’ facility needs. Inspired by her father’s success in the Development Industry, Tracy shifted gears into commercial real estate, specializing in Industrial Sales & Leasing. After spending five years representing tenants, landlords, purchasers and developers, Tracy transitioned to support the investor side of the industry and accepted a Leasing Manager position with a local developer/landowner/landlord of industrial, office and commercial properties. Over the next decade she progressed to Asset & Leasing Manager, then Vice President. Tracy returned to Brokerage in 2015 at Cushman & Wakefield. In 2017, she accepted the position of Managing Director for the Calgary Office.
