Ula has been with the Cushman & Wakefield Calgary office for over 5 years. She started out as an Associate in the Office market and joined the Industrial Sales & Leasing team in early 2022.  She is now a Client Coordinator for the top producing team in Calgary, bringing an in-depth knowledge of market conditions, trends, and financial analysis to each client’s circumstance. Her client focused approach ensures that she provides clients with a thorough understanding of the real estate market, the process and negotiating strategies employed. 

Ula has 15years of experience in business administration, business development, marketing, and project management. She has a keen knowledge in successfully cultivating relationships and completing project-oriented tasks for leading organizations.

Ula and Mike Warner assist clients with owner/occupier land and building sales, investment sales, leasing, renewals and build-to-suit transactions.
