Andrew has more than 30 years of experience in the professional property valuation sector in Greater China and overseas. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield in 1993, he worked with two other international property consultancies.

Heading up the Valuation & Advisory skill line in Greater China, Andrew is responsible for the valuation and advisory services in IPO and capital markets projects, mergers and acquisitions, securitization, REIT, and non-performing loan portfolios. His expertise covers properties and specialized projects including infrastructure projects, hotels, golf clubs, logistic properties, data centers and business operations. His team has been actively involved in the securitization and C-REIT issues in the mainland market. He is also the convener of Cushman & Wakefield’s Greater China Hotel Industry Practice Group.

Andrew has serviced in the mainland China market since 1991 and is one of the forerunners to bring in the international valuation practice into mainland China. He helped in expanding our Greater China valuation team from Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou to now covering 22 cities in the Greater China Region. In Hon Kong, the valuation team is the largest private practice in the industry with leading market shares in loan financing valuation services and in annual valuation services of listed real estate companies in Hong Kong.

Being a Council Member of HKIS General Practice Division and a Board Member of the Surveyors Registration Board in Hong Kong, Andrew also actively participates in promoting the professional status of surveyors in both the mainland and overseas markets.
