Andy Law joined Cushman & Wakefield in 1997 and has been working in Hong Kong, Shenzhen and Guangzhou for over 20 years.

With extensive working experience in Greater China, he is well-versed in real estate transactions, analysis and positioning, and marketing and client relationship management, as well as asset management for large-scale commercial projects. He possesses an impressive track record in leading marketing campaigns, and formulating and driving leasing and disposition strategies for reputable landmark projects in the Greater Bay Area including the PingAn Finance Center, KK100, and New World Center.

Andy is the vice chairman of the Guangzhou Real Estate Association as well as the vice president of the first Council of the Shenzhen Real Estate Brokerage Industry Association.
