Billy Yen has over 30 years’ experience in the commercial investment and agency sectors and has represented many high profile multinational and notable Taiwanese conglomerates. Over his career, he has successfully negotiated transactions on behalf of clients including in the banking, financial, insurance and IT sectors. His latest record transactions include the sale and purchase of high profile properties encompassing the Shinkong Mingshen Financial Building, Kuo Hua Life Insurance Zhongshan Building, Asia Plaza, EMG Resort Hotel, Neihu Building of Yang Ming Marine Transportation, Chang Chun Financial Building, Wonstar Hotel Zhonghua, and Taipei Living Mall.  
 
Billy is a regular panel member on a TV program advising on real estate investment strategies, and writes regularly for a Taiwanese publication. He is also invited as a regular speaker by several notable organizations in both public and private sectors. He is the author of five best-selling books on property investment and valuation in Taiwan. 
 
Billy presently serves as a committee member on the Urban Renewal Committee of Kaohsiung City, the Urban Renewal Committee of the Construction and Planning Agency, at the Ministry of the Interior, the Urban Renewal Committee of the Ministry of the Interior, Taiwan Railways Administration, MOTC, Taipei Rapid Transit Corporation, and Taipei Urban Regeneration Center. He is also a city consultant of Tainan City Government and a tutor at the Taiwan Academy of Banking and Finance.
