Catherine Chen joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2011, and has worked in various areas including valuation, consulting and research, in both North America and Asia Pacific regions.

Now based in Hong Kong, Catherine leads capital markets research in Greater China and Asia Pacific. She has led and worked on many research and advisory projects for multinational investors and developers, and has extensive knowledge of the Greater China and Asia Pacific commercial real estate markets.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Catherine worked with the IBM North America market intelligence team, based in Toronto.
