Duke joined DTZ (now Cushman & Wakefield) in 2012 and was appointed Managing Director of China Retail Services in 2017. He is primarily in charge of retail real estate development and management in China.

Duke has more than 10 years of professional experience in domestic and foreign retail real estate. He has been invited to participate in the commercial development of many well-known clients, property developers and brand retailers. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, he was one of the founders of the Retail team for an international property consultancy firm.

Duke’s work covers pre-planning, market orientation, and leasing services for projects. By providing professional, comprehensive services and excellent retail solutions to clients, he has gained the trust and support of important developers as well as domestic and overseas retailers. He has been invited to participate in a number of retail business development consultancy projects. As the sole leasing representative for Apple in North China, he successfully completed the site selection for the first Apple flagship store in Greater China, at Sanlitun in Beijing, and was invited to the Apple headquarters in the United States. Duke graduated from the University of Sydney.
