Gavin Tjong has more than 22 years of extensive career experience in commercial real estate agency and consultancy businesses both in mainland China and in Hong Kong. His responsibilities include client and government relationship management, business strategy and execution, resource allocation, corporate brand building, and general management and risk management for Cushman & Wakefield’s West China offices, including Chengdu, Chongqing, Kunming and Guiyang .

Gavin also provides professional services to portfolio landlords and investment funds in managing their assets for sustained growth, and is a market thought leader in sharing his insights and views to government officials and to the media.

Prior to rejoining Cushman & Wakefield in 2013, Gavin led the largest and most successful commercial agency team in West China, specializing in open market transactions and handling multi-national corporations’ commercial requirements.
