John Siu is a highly experienced and accomplished professional in the real estate industry. He has over 35 years of industry experience, working with a diverse range of clients, including corporate occupiers, investors, and developers. John's expertise includes tenant representation and strategies in the office, industrial/logistics, and data center sectors, landlord advisory for Grade A office developments, and corporate occupier account management.
John heads the entire Hong Kong business operation at Cushman & Wakefield, which provides clients with a full range of real estate transaction, consultancy, and management services. He is also the head of the Office, Logistics, Industrial & Data Centre, and Retail Services teams, responsible for leading them to provide transactional and consultancy services to clients. In addition, John is the convener of Cushman & Wakefield's China Business Platform and one of the key leaders of the Guangdong | Hong Kong | Macau Greater Bay Business Platform.
In addition to his work at Cushman & Wakefield, John is also involved in a number of industry associations and committees. He is currently the Chairman of the Real Estate & Infrastructure Committee of The Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce, where he plays a key role in shaping the direction of the industry in Hong Kong. He was also the former co-chairman of the China Business Committee of The American Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong from 2017 until 2021, where he worked to promote business ties between the United States and China. John is also an appointed member of the Real Estate Services Training Board of the Hong Kong Vocational Training Council.
John's expertise and experience have made him a respected figure in the real estate industry, and he is frequently interviewed by Hong Kong and international media on topics related to office, industrial/logistics, and data center trends. He is also a renowned speaker in public forums, where he shares his insights on these topics with industry professionals and other stakeholders.
