Jonathan Wei’s career in the Occupier Services team of Cushman & Wakefield encompasses more than 20 years. During his tenure, he has led 20 branch offices and 35 submarkets in mainland China. As Head of Project & Occupier Services, China, Jonathan has provided consulting services, project agency services as well as leasing services to clients. He also covers multiple business solutions for enterprise services including transaction management, one-stop global service, strategy consulting, workplace strategy, project management and facility management.

Jonathan has successfully established and unified commercial real estate service standards for multinationals operating in mainland China. He has effectively integrated internal and external resources. He assists large local and international enterprises’ rapid growth by providing cost-effective services for leasing solutions, while employing cutting-edge technology platforms and powerful data research to seek the most efficient and effective service. His achievements have included providing a full range of real estate solutions for Pingan’s multiple business lines, providing high quality real estate consulting and expansion services for Huawei around the world, and assisting WeWork in their national strategic deployment. Additionally, he has helped Lenovo to establish an administrative platform in 30 cities across China; and assisted Didi with their one hundred city office plan.

Jonathan has repeated success in working with all levels of government to introduce MNCs into local markets, and has actively participated in large-scale international enterprise headquarters’ relocation services, including L'Oreal China’s headquarters office renewal and expansion in Shanghai, IBM’s office in Shanghai Zhangjiang office, and leasing services for Internationally renowned accounting firm such as PWC (Beijing), Deloitte(Shanghai)and KPMG (Nanjing). He has also deployed strategic cooperation agreements with local governments, providing accurate market data and in-depth analysis reports, and rational proposals for regional investment promotion to promote urban construction and development. He has successfully provided office space purchase plans for many investors and real estate developers, including Alibaba and Roche Group.
